Divergence is an often discussed trading tool, but it is mostly misused or too difficult to apply along with other trading indicators. Most find that trying to time a trade entry using divergence too confusing and unclear on when divergence is actually occurring. Then, which way is the market going to go? Divergence can signal a reversal or pullback, but in which direction? Our FLASH indicator removes all of these problems with one simple signal exactly where you need it, right on the chart.

    The IT Flash makes seeing divergence between the price and the RSI indicator so easy on one chart and one easy icon (guess? A flash!) on the chart. In conjunction with the other IT indicators (like the speed flash, and others), it makes for one of the most consistently successful trades in the IT arsenal of setups. It, along with the “MacDiverr” indicator, shows two different kinds of divergence, with even greater effect. There’s no beating it.

    I’ve owned the full IT indicator suite for a couple of years now, and the Flash is my go to indicator. I don’t strictly Bunt trade or even rely on one minute charts, but no matter what chart I’m trading the Flash and Speed Tick are on it. I use a Flash on all time frames, range, tick, renko and order flow style bars, and rely on the signals daily for both entry and exit confirmation. I know “Trend” is a four letter word at IT, but it’s how I trade and I don’t put my money at risk without a Flash on my charts.

    After a few years of using the flash indicator I still have a temptation to take a trade every time I see one appear on my charts. It just works so often. With some confluence this indicator is a winner and is an integral part of my trading toolbox. The charts would look “naked” without it.

    While almost all the indicators are useful, I think 95% of my trade plan involves waiting for the proper setup to form and then when I see the Flash, it is a no brainer from there. Ka-ching!

    The Flash provides a simple way to find divergence. When following the IT rules and used with the SpeedTick and First Touch Reset this provides very powerful and accurate signals.
